Patronage is the rendering of social-medical aid at home, in the place of customary residing of the elderly person, without disturbing their habits and things surrounding them. Our volunteers - 8 professional doctors and 10 patronage sisters - are always ready to help lonely elderly people.

   The volunteer doctors of HAJW implement it. Medical service which are united by the common goal of rendering primal qualified aid to poor and slowmoving, and also to those who are in need  of free medications.

   At the beginning, the charitable canteen founded in 1992 serviced lonely elderly disabled persons just once a week. But after program of the association has improved the number of benefactors increased. At the present time canteen serviced 55 persons which can lunch here three times a week.

   Reduces significant portion of social and psycholo-gical tension of elderly (aged 65-85) with active way of life. It is implemented by the volunteer doctors of HAJW medical service which are united by the common goal of rendering primal qualified assistance to poor and slowmoving, and also assistance to those who are in need of free medications. Establishment of "Club for elderly people", which promotes preservation of national traditions of ethnic minorities in the regions of their compact residence in Azerbaijan.
